BMLoyalty.com is the portal for BML Bank’s loyalty program where the bank’s card holders can check and redeem their accumulated points.

This PIN is kept private and no one has access to it, even BML Bank employees.In case of three consecutive wrong attempts, the account will be locked for a temporary period of time.
Upon redeeming your points, an SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number at BML Bank. Therefore, in case the registered number is changed, please do inform the nearest BML Bank branch.
We recommend that you do not disclose your PIN to any party and keep it confidential. BML Bank is not liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss sustained by your from any illegal or wrongful use of it.

We advise you not to access the BMLoyalty.com through a hyperlink from the internet or through a received email, as it might be bogus.

In case you suspect that someone observed your PIN, we advise you to change it immediately from a trusted computer or phone.
In case you change your mobile number, we encourage you to contact your branch, as all the notifications are sent to the registered phone in our systems.
